Many unsolicited Microsoft verification codes.

I'm getting a few codes minute for the last hour or so.  I've checked to see if someone was accessing my account and there was no evidence of it.  I'm receiving texts from a handful of numbers and i don't want to block them in since i do need to get verification code from time to time, and the number i get the code from varies.

    I keep getting random requests for authentication.

    Wondering if we can tell where it's coming from by IP address so I'll know if it's a hacker or maybe my kids. LOL

    I just got an unsolicited access code text message from Microsoft. What should I do?

    I changed my password and added two step verification, plus the Authenticator app from Microsoft. I still got some messages after that and then stopped. I hope I am safe.
