Account Locked through Violation of Microsoft terms

Hello

My accounts have all been blocked  through a violation of Microsoft terms.  This has been applied to skype, xbox, one drive, email and so on.

I have no idea how i have violated terms.  What I do know is that my samsung phone, said I must transfer my back ups to one drive as they were discontinuing their service.  I did transfer the back up and then the violation was reported to me by Microsoft.  I cannot find anyone to discuss this with.

I have filed using the below advice that continues to show whenever I try to login, as per this message.

The message I receive on my account is:

Your account has been locked

We’ve detected some activity that violates our Microsoft Services Agreement and have locked your account.

To unlock your account, you’ll need some additional assistance. Navigate to "aka.ms/compliancelock" and we’ll get you to the right place.

I have a reference number, but no way of following up.  can anyone advise?

    When I try to sign in Microsoft services, It displays account locked violating terms, what might be the possible reason for this.

    I see all kinds of odd things in this thread. Here's what happened to me:

    I had a hardware crash a couple weeks ago,, and then replaced it with a new HP. The only reason I even had an outlook account was to register a computer I bought several years ago. When I had to use a Microsoft account to register my copy of Windows 10, I used that old account. Everything worked just fine for about a day and a half. Then suddenly the account was locked for a some unknown license violation, and I couldn't use my computer all. I had to use another computer in order to contact HP. When they fixed the problem, I found out that my computer had come with corrupted files.

    I'm up and running again, but nothing I do will unlock that account. What I'd really like to do is delete that account, but I can't do that either. I go round and around in circles like the rest of you. If they want to improve their website, there's one good place to start. They've also taken down their telephone support, which now refers us to the website. All I have is a landline, and the only text I can receive is through my desktop PC. Good luck to us all.

    I just got access again after being told I violated terms. I found out when trying to login to my Xbox Series X a few minutes ago.. on my BIRTHDAY. Luckily all I had to do was have them send a security code via text and then enter it in. It was restored.

    I still want to know WHAT I did wrong?!??

    They won’t explain it.

    someone tried to steal my husbands account, he reported it, regained access via security email.. yet was locked out due to his own report, ms wont unlock it still after 4 attempts and even photographic evidence of ownership. youll never get back in. rip
