Hello
My accounts have all been blocked through a violation of Microsoft terms. This has been applied to skype, xbox, one drive, email and so on.
I have no idea how i have violated terms. What I do know is that my samsung phone, said I must transfer my back ups to one drive as they were discontinuing their service. I did transfer the back up and then the violation was reported to me by Microsoft. I cannot find anyone to discuss this with.
I have filed using the below advice that continues to show whenever I try to login, as per this message.
The message I receive on my account is:
Your account has been locked
We’ve detected some activity that violates our Microsoft Services Agreement and have locked your account.
Unlocking your account
To unlock your account, you’ll need some additional assistance. Navigate to "aka.ms/compliancelock" and we’ll get you to the right place.
I have a reference number, but no way of following up. can anyone advise?

yo did you ever get ur account back? if so how long did it take. the same thing happened to me over a week ago and i havnt got it back yet.

Microsoft's failure to provide any specific information is a problem. My boys couldn't log into their profiles this morning. All it said was that there was a problem with their account, and to visit a website - no information about what the problem might be. No email from Microsoft. When I logged into their account online, a message confirmed their account had been locked for violation of Microsoft's terms. (?) Again, failure to provide any specific information is a problem - how do we remedy the situation if we have zero information about what the violation was?! We requested a code be sent to our phone, and with the code the account was unlocked, but it sure doesn't promote any trust. It seems our accounts can be blocked at any time and for no reason? Because if there was a reason, seems simple to inform your customer what the reason is. So frustrating - I've had similar issues with recovering Microsoft accounts in the past. The process is ridiculously cumbersome.
Thats a robot talking to you. They dont even tell you which one of all the terms of service you "supposedly" violated.

This has happened to me ive looked at the things that violate the terms of service and I've done none of that stuff ive even watched what language i use still i cant get access to my account so don't give me any of this " im sorry" stuff i have used Microsoft's xbox since Christmas day 2019 i have not done anything that violates the terms of service I've checked my account history and none of the things that violates the terms of service are showing on my account if i used cuss words then I'd agree that i deserve a ban but i didn't so Microsoft has done this for no reason
