Account Locked through Violation of Microsoft terms

Hello

My accounts have all been blocked  through a violation of Microsoft terms.  This has been applied to skype, xbox, one drive, email and so on.

I have no idea how i have violated terms.  What I do know is that my samsung phone, said I must transfer my back ups to one drive as they were discontinuing their service.  I did transfer the back up and then the violation was reported to me by Microsoft.  I cannot find anyone to discuss this with.

I have filed using the below advice that continues to show whenever I try to login, as per this message.

The message I receive on my account is:

Your account has been locked

We’ve detected some activity that violates our Microsoft Services Agreement and have locked your account.

To unlock your account, you’ll need some additional assistance. Navigate to "aka.ms/compliancelock" and we’ll get you to the right place.

I have a reference number, but no way of following up.  can anyone advise?

    Nope, I just tried one last time and called their accounts and billing who couldn't or wouldn't help.  The compliance team aren't contactable either.  I'm going to take them to small claims.  I'll let you know how I go so hopefully (when I win) everyone else here can sue them as well.

    I’m trying to get Watchdog and Which interested in this too, will update if I get a bite.

    After 20+ years my Hotmail account and 365 Family, Xbox accounts have all been locked overnight.

    I couldn’t even sign on here without using a new email account because my original Hotmail is locked.

    I play clean, I pay my subs and can genuinely think of nothing that would lead to these extreme measures.

    I have a Series X and a 1X in my house, Surface Pro 4, various Windows 10 devices, everything is legit and paid for.

    CDOC case management have given me a generic reply about breaching Microsoft Services Agreement, but not which part.

    I’m shocked, absolutely shocked at how one of my favourite tech companies can suddenly turn on their customers and not give a reason why.

    I’d be super grateful if anybody is able to pass on any advice or assistance with this.

    What did you do to get access back?  I've tried the stupid compliance form 3 times now, they don't even respond anymore the rude twats
