Account Locked through Violation of Microsoft terms

Hello

My accounts have all been blocked  through a violation of Microsoft terms.  This has been applied to skype, xbox, one drive, email and so on.

I have no idea how i have violated terms.  What I do know is that my samsung phone, said I must transfer my back ups to one drive as they were discontinuing their service.  I did transfer the back up and then the violation was reported to me by Microsoft.  I cannot find anyone to discuss this with.

I have filed using the below advice that continues to show whenever I try to login, as per this message.

The message I receive on my account is:

Your account has been locked

We’ve detected some activity that violates our Microsoft Services Agreement and have locked your account.

Unlocking your account

To unlock your account, you’ll need some additional assistance. Navigate to "aka.ms/compliancelock" and we’ll get you to the right place.

I have a reference number, but no way of following up.  can anyone advise?

    Hi! I have been trying to get ahold of someone to help me. There's no real customer service anywhere and I'm quite anxious. This is the worst. I opened a new account and have sent no emails and received none so far but my account said the exact same as this guys. I haven't violated anything but it was locked. Sure,. It's since been unlocked but I want to know why and what content was there that got it blocked as I haven't even used it yet! In case I'm legally liable for anything. There has been so help anywhere

    Hey my experience is the same as yours. I got mine unlocked one time. Two weeks later they locked my account again. I fought with them for a month or 2. I had gotten an email from some **** stating that I had violated the ToS, and my account is not ever be reopened. She would not say what specifically I had done to deserve this. Here is a copy of the email I sent and their response.

    I also got locked out of my Microsoft account due to supposedly "violating terms". (I haven't, I am not techy enough to even begin to do that). When I got locked out my PC instantly stopped working, screen went black mid email and now my PC will not restart AT ALL . Press the on button and nothing happens at all, black screen, no fans. Have got back into my Microsoft Account on my phone but my PC has totally died and can't get in it to reactivate my account.
