Just started getting Russian women and male body part emails in my inbox.  I used to have exclusive setting checked.  Where in the heck did that go???  I see that in 2013 lots of people had issues with unwanted spam in their inboxes.  They were told to set exclusive settting.  I really wish Microsoft would quit pushing me to go to gmail!

I have had the same problem. I too have been receiving escalating numbers of junk email but all would be directed into my Junk Email folder.  This has worked very well until several days ago when I started to receive 3 to 4 junk messages in my inbox each hour, sometimes more. Blocking contacts is ineffective as the number of senders is infinite - it is unhelpful to use this feature for this problem.  What is strange is this system is normally very effective but suddenly, it has started to fail.  I recall this happening in a similar pattern several years ago.

Same thing here. It began Friday afternoon 1/17, shortly after a Windows 10 update was pushed out to my laptop. Not sure if it's related, but suddenly everything that used to go to my junk folder is now landing in the inbox. Adding emails to the blocked list does not work; i continue to get emails from the same sender. I only want emails from my contacts and safe list in my inbox. It shouldn't be that hard to fix.

I'm in agreement with Claudia.  I have already had those 2 boxed checked, yet in the past 3 days 300+ spam emails have bombarded my inbox.  Something is WRONG and needs to get fixed ASAP.

    Hi Claudia,

It's in Outlook.com's settings: Settings (gear icon) > View all Outlook settings > Junk email - at the very bottom.

    https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/options/mail/ju...

    IT. DOESN'T. WORK. ANY. MORE.
