Configuring preferences and options in Outlook.com
Sorry to burst your bubble TonyDiamond23, but you may only be getting emails from addresses containing "TTCI" and that's fine to create a rule to block that, but you even acknowledged the flaw of it being a temporary relief for you.
fujirox made no mention of the address(es) they were receiving and it may not be worth implementing the same kind of rule (which is already known to a lot of people I would guess).
I can say there are addresses that are using unicode characters like ð»ð»ð»ð<at>labeltogo.ddns.net or a whole lot of other addresses.
It would be more trouble going through the headers to find a unique but common thread among all the junk emails sneaking through and creating a rule for each unique one rather than just doing a mass delete of each junk until Microsoft finally gets things right.
Assuming Microsoft doesn't get things fixed right in the next 24 hours, I will all but guarantee you'll have new junk mail sneaking into your inbox because it didn't fall under the rule you created. You're likely fighting against automation. It's easy to create a script to create new usernames/domains/hostnames... You won't manually win against a bot. Especially an A.I. bot.
