Indexing problems Outlook - Windows 11

Were you able to get the workaround enabled? I posted the documentation links with the same workaround on 2/3/22 in this thread. Prior to that we did not have a good handle on what the root cause was. We got Windows engaged and they are now working on a fix. I don't have a firm ETA for the fix yet, but I will post back when I know for sure.

There are two issues with Outlook search after upgrading to Windows 11.

2. I am also facing the same problem. earlier it was with Windows 10 - I was advised to upgrade to Win 11 - but I am at the same place. The system stops indexing as and when.

Earlier it was stopping around 60000 - 70000, now at time the indexing has stopped at 4500 only. I am not sure if Win 11 is the problem - there is something which even Microsoft is not able to address or handle. I called the Microsoft agent, no definitive answers yet.

My Search in Outlook does not work at all. Unable to do justice to my email responses - as I have missed many mails due to search errors.

Well i finally fixed this problem -

I reinstalled windows 10, put all of my programs back on and all of outlook is working fine again.

I might stay away from windows 11 upgrade for a few more years.

i facing the same issue since updating to windows 11. my outlook will continue indexing twice a week. its make we in trouble during working time.. hope to hear any solution for this issue.
