Managing personal Outlook.com account settings, security, and privacy
GO incognito from your browser and do the thing, it'll be worked.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I have tried everything to remove the account linkage through Securty -> Additional Security Options and then "Remove" at the Samsung Account, however, it is still not being removed. No errors, no feedback, nothing.
I have tried removing it from the Samsung Account website and, as per Samsung, it is removed (hence I proceeded to delete that account due to Security Issues that kept me from managing my own account).
Also, I've tried to reach chat support and phone support but neither of them were able to help me. The only thing I was able to scrap from them was a ticket number 1498509800 and the advise to pledge for answers through here.
Please, this is getting frustrating since I'm unable to perform anything and no one seems to know what to do.
This is the page where I'm trying to remove the account but, even after clicking on "Remove" and confirming I want to remove that account, it just stills linked.

Thanks Nathan,
Glad to know its being looked at. Hopefully they can resolve it soon.
Will update this forum if I get anything back in regards to my case too.
Cheers!
Hello Andrew:
No, unfortunately no. I still have a case "open" with them (more like abandoned by them).
I have "sorted" it out by creating an account solely for Samsung and linked it to my main inbox, shared everything on onedrive to my main onedrive and shared my licenses (like microsoft 365) with it.
Not ideal but working...
Also, I've been told that Google Services are less expensive and better to work with... Idk, perhaps I'm going to migrate over.... Only time will tell.
Regards
Hi Mauricio,
Did Microsoft ever fix the problem for you?
I have the same issue and case open with them but I'm beginning to think I'll need to create a new MS account...
Thanks,
Andrew
