I am paying for Office. I can't use it properly. My One Drive files are deleted and I can't add any files. And I can't get Microsoft to communicate with me through the chat and phone links.

This is very bad customer service!

One should never let Microsoft update your system. What Microsoft puts in your system f...ks it up even more. Rule: do not allow Microsoft to update

I wouldnt say it sucks. I would say that they dont have any support. 1st it was their bad design that led me to make mistake. 2nd it is their bad design that doesnt allow me to fix my mistake. 3rd it took long time to even find way to try to contact them. 4th I have been waiting for over 1h for someone to connect my chat. I basically cant use my email that I have had for over 15years and I cant get any help.

Microsoft has no support and that's bad. Google is even worst than Microsoft. Google is the worst at everything. Google really sucks

55 minutes on a support chat to remove a family member from my Microsoft Family account. The support person typed 8 lines, and have not even started to try to solve the problem yet.

All of the chat is obviously copy/paste text and contain broken English that I am barely able to understand.

How does Microsoft actually help anybody?

This is the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. Zero percent chance I ever use my Microsoft account for anything ever again.
