I am paying for Office. I can't use it properly. My One Drive files are deleted and I can't add any files. And I can't get Microsoft to communicate with me through the chat and phone links.
This is very bad customer service!

At least you can login. I can't even log in. The *&@)!! Microsoft Authenticater App wants to authenticate with itself and goes on an endless loop from hell. I can't recommend this to clients. I've been waiting over 24 hours for a call back from "support"
