Microsoft support sucks

I am paying for Office. I can't use it properly. My One Drive files are deleted and I can't add any files. And I can't get Microsoft to communicate with me through the chat and phone links.

This is very bad customer service!

I totally agree with this post and wonder if anyone knows a way to speak with Microsoft tech support. Or even if said service exists.

I am at the end of my rope because I cannot access my folders and files. The website is no help, and I cannot speak with anyone. The phone number that is provided cuts off after directing customers to the website. I definitely don’t know why I’m paying for this. It’s the worst customer service I have encountered among all my subscription services anywhere.

This will be a great solution except it doesn’t work anymore.

Go to Microsoft Customer Support click Talk to Virtual Agent and then tell the virtual agent you want a call and then put your number , and they should call back, usually within a minute.

We have tried for hours to speak to a real person. The automated phone system takes us around in circles, then hangs up. There is no live chat. The online support takes us to the last page and sends an error message telling us to clear our cookies. We have completed the steps on three devices to no avail! We have spent a LOT of money with Microsoft (thousands this year alone). Why is it so hard to get help?!
