Microsoft support sucks

Been using Microsoft product for the past 21 years. Example of my frustration. Filing on Word, but able to ever see that file again. Where does it go? No help from MS

In Excel the formula keep popping into the work sheet. Freezes the system, unable to remove the formula. No help from MS

Never get support, I search  for support. Nothing works. Just 21 year of frustration and anger

I agree 100% I can't even talk to someone live on the phone and no one can help with the issues I'm having I made a microsoft account that told me I couldn't make it so I can redeem a game code so I can play it that I PAID FOR and I can't log into that account because the password is wrong and I can't recover it because 1. THE ACCOUNT IS NEW. There for I HAVE NO PROOF no contacts no recent messages and now I'm out of money because it redeemed on that account I can't get into, this is why I STOPPED using microsoft, this company is legit the WORST when it comes to customers and actually helping. I'm beyond pissed, so, you my dude are 100% right. MICROSOFT FIX YOUR ****. Or at least help me unreedem this damn code from my other account so I can apply it to the new one I HAD to make because microsoft wanted to be a butthole and say I couldn't make the previous one but proceeds too and keeps me logged in while I made a new one because it gave me an error. WOW. so now my redeem code is on the account I can't access, so there for money waisted. Ya'll suck.

I found the best way to reach someone, is to go to Microsofts customer support page and click talk to virtual.agent and then request a call back and then select what for and put your number. They typically call back within 1 minute.
