Microsoft support sucks

I am paying for Office. I can't use it properly. My One Drive files are deleted and I can't add any files. And I can't get Microsoft to communicate with me through the chat and phone links.

This is very bad customer service!

    My experience has been trash as well. Updates that FORCED me to interact with Edge, that brings up Edge every single time. People on the phone who don't LISTEN or care about the issue. NOBODY to help or even try to be 'on my side' with these issues. I would do what we used to do back in the 90s and 00s- Back up your files to thumbdrive, instead of using their systems. they're little more than thieves at this point.

    describing microsoft support as "it sucks" is way to polite. Microsoft has no support period. Microsoft is one bad company. Sell at the **** Excel, Word, Outlook....its terrible and no where to get help.

    Apple is not much better...lets face it...these tech company sell us **** and do not support the **** they sell us.

    After selecting Virtual Agent, type: call me. You should then be able to enter your number and recieve a call
