I am paying for Office. I can't use it properly. My One Drive files are deleted and I can't add any files. And I can't get Microsoft to communicate with me through the chat and phone links.
This is very bad customer service!

Apple is awesome! Not only do many people have apple retail stores near them where they can make an appointment for help, but their phone support is unmatched by anyone except maybe Amazon customer service. When I need help with my Apple computer or phone, I just call them and there’s always someone there to help me fix it.
The OP doesn't mention answers.microsoft.com and instead says, "And I can't get Microsoft to communicate with me through the chat and phone links." Try reading next time.
