Microsoft support sucks

I am paying for Office. I can't use it properly. My One Drive files are deleted and I can't add any files. And I can't get Microsoft to communicate with me through the chat and phone links.

This is very bad customer service!

At least you can login. I can't even log in. The *&@)!! Microsoft Authenticater App wants to authenticate with itself and goes on an endless loop from hell. I can't recommend this to clients. I've been waiting over 24 hours for a call back from "support"

It does not work. Could you post an actual link? When I search "virtual agent," I get taken to a page that says "Looking for help?

We've taken down the support experience you were looking for, but there are many more ways to get help. Try one of these support sites for issues with Microsoft products." And then it's back to that same lousy "Contact Microsoft Support" which doesn't let you CONTACT anyone. It's just more links to infinite articles and posts. That is NOT support. I was wrong to leave Apple and I'm going back. Because they have phone numbers and humans who answer and actually do help.

I did end up speaking with someone, but it took me days to figure it out. Go to support.microsoft.com/contactus. Then type into the box "talk with someone," scroll down, enter your product (in my case it was Microsoft 365), then check Tech support, then call me. Apparently Microsoft has no incoming phone lines, however they employ tech support personnel (in my case the gentlemen was in Nicaragua) who will call you back.
