I am paying for Office. I can't use it properly. My One Drive files are deleted and I can't add any files. And I can't get Microsoft to communicate with me through the chat and phone links.
This is very bad customer service!

Apple is awesome! Not only do many people have apple retail stores near them where they can make an appointment for help, but their phone support is unmatched by anyone except maybe Amazon customer service. When I need help with my Apple computer or phone, I just call them and there’s always someone there to help me fix it.

Boy isn't this a fact. Someone has stolen my daughters email account that has been part of our Microsoft family for years then they turned on 2 factor and now Microsoft does absolutely nothing to help. Cannot even get ahold of anyone. What a fing joke.
Why is it you guys could not pour water from a boot with instructions on the heel @ Micro$oft. I cannot link my camera to use in Teams and NONE repeat None of your "tutorials" address this and just give out BAD instructions.

Poor customer support (and now none!) is one of the foremost reasons I left PC computers and chose Apple.
I pay for an Office 365 subscription on my iMac. It is a great program. Bu now, I want to update the version I have. I called the Microsoft support telephone number and they sent me to the online support.
I tried and tried to get the online support to understand that I want to update my version of Word for Mac or the Office 364 account THAT I PAY FOR!!!
Nope!! I will never accomplish this though this so-called support the Gates has.
Hey Bill Gates! You're a billionaire! You need to go back and pay people a real wage to support your customers. I can call Apple Support at any time and I talk to a real person.
