Microsoft support sucks

I am paying for Office. I can't use it properly. My One Drive files are deleted and I can't add any files. And I can't get Microsoft to communicate with me through the chat and phone links.

This is very bad customer service!

    I personally have tried the front door approach for support and chat quote unquote the time period for waiting is beyond belief quote unquote.......... I have tied to salvage the 2013 of home and student office it's like tiring to sell your long past grandmothers long lost teeth......... sorry had to through a joke in there....... ! ! ! Well the old saying was if at first you don't succeed try try again............... ! I wounder if they know the old [ KISS } METHOD ! KEEP IT SIMPELE STUPID WHAT ELSE CAN I SAY....,,,,,,,,, Except duh related to Homer and jelly donuts.........

    I have noticed this too. They really suck with support now. You are on your own. Unless you want to go in endless circles trying to get to a human.

    Quit shilling Apple. Microsoft licenses softwares and creates softwares saying anything else is a bold faced lie meanwhile iCloud is run using AWS so who's licensing what exactly? Quit being you.
