I am paying for Office. I can't use it properly. My One Drive files are deleted and I can't add any files. And I can't get Microsoft to communicate with me through the chat and phone links.
This is very bad customer service!

describing microsoft support as "it sucks" is way to polite. Microsoft has no support period. Microsoft is one bad company. Sell at the **** Excel, Word, Outlook....its terrible and no where to get help.
My experience has been trash as well. Updates that FORCED me to interact with Edge, that brings up Edge every single time. People on the phone who don't LISTEN or care about the issue. NOBODY to help or even try to be 'on my side' with these issues. I would do what we used to do back in the 90s and 00s- Back up your files to thumbdrive, instead of using their systems. they're little more than thieves at this point.
I must say i switched to Apple years ago and had learned what life was like without the frustration of Microsoft in my life, But unfortunately owning and running a business there is not much in the way of business software from Apple so industry supports Microsoft and got sucked back into the Microsoft world and like Zud the Hut bought business office and having similar problems with One drive files and no help or support to be found, called numbers and support forums but all just ends at the same place that brought me to Apple in the first place, Hours of wasted time and frustration,
agree online support no help.

I completely agree! I have three case numbers in two days. Have been on the phone with "support" for well over an hour and they refuse to let me speak to a senior tech. The tech's I have been dealing with continuously talk over you and fail to listen when you try to tell them you have already done what they plan to do. I am about ready to switch to Apple.
