I am paying for Office. I can't use it properly. My One Drive files are deleted and I can't add any files. And I can't get Microsoft to communicate with me through the chat and phone links.
This is very bad customer service!

Don't count on that one , I tried that one to two many time's till my ear and hand got tired of hankering withe phone...... !
