I am paying for Office. I can't use it properly. My One Drive files are deleted and I can't add any files. And I can't get Microsoft to communicate with me through the chat and phone links.
This is very bad customer service!

Apple is not much better...lets face it...these tech company sell us **** and do not support the **** they sell us.
Been using Microsoft product for the past 21 years. Example of my frustration. Filing on Word, but able to ever see that file again. Where does it go? No help from MS
In Excel the formula keep popping into the work sheet. Freezes the system, unable to remove the formula. No help from MS

Ikr! I've had so many problems and they haven't sent me an email at all.
After selecting Virtual Agent, type: call me. You should then be able to enter your number and recieve a call
We are only fellow users and have nothing to do with support.
You can call the number for your corner of the globe and report your issues to them.
