Using Outlook for Android in business environments for email and scheduling
Is this a joke??
This browser is no longer supported.

Hi, I noticed that all my links in my Android Outlook app open in an in build browser instead of the app, (such as youtube) This is really frustrating as I have to do other steps to find the option to 'Open in browser' so it then opens in the youtube app. This is for all links amazon, twitter etc.
Is there any way to disable this option? I am unable to find it in settings withtin the app.
Thanks

I'm sure this has been answered by now (18-month old Thread) but I found an answer that worked for me.
In Outlook for Android, open the menu>Settings>scroll down to Preferences and toggle 'Use default browser' button to On.
Worked for me.
Go back to page 15 - that solution was posted over a year ago.
Click home, got to the settings cog at the bottom, then scroll all the way down to find the option for "Use default browser" and turn it on.
This was probably added after you posted the problem given the number of replies, but I just found it, to and didn't see the solution on this thread so thought I'd post it.
I can't even change my screen saver at work cos my company is so strict.
No idea why the answer to this post isn't pinned and comment shut I didn't realise is was answered as didn't want to read 300 plus replies
