Outlook for Android opening links in internal browser

Hi, I noticed that all my links in my Android Outlook app open in an in build browser instead of the app, (such as youtube) This is really frustrating as I have to do other steps to find the option to 'Open in browser' so it then opens in the youtube app. This is for all links amazon, twitter etc. 

Is there any way to disable this option? I am unable to find it in settings withtin the app.

    Seems there's a couple different versions in the play store because I did update to an newer version, no toggle. Went back in, no update button only an open button. Looked up office 365, only an open button. Did another search, must have used a different search word and there was an update button and that got me to the later version. Maybe I searched for Microsoft outlook once and just outlook the other time. I don't know. Either search should have went to the same download. Somethings weird.

    I just checked, and my Outlook updated 2 days ago, so the feature was there before 4.2044.3, because I found this setting 2 weeks ago, when I first read about it here in this thread, but I didn't make note of the version number.

    I didn't do anything special to get this version, it's just the version that is available in the Play Store. My phone downloads app updates automatically. My Play Store account is set up for the United States, if that makes a difference.

    Searched again for updates and found another on the play store that got me to 4.2044.3 and the toggle for the browser setting is there. If you didn't post the version number I would have stopped at the first update and probably gave up. Thanks

    I just looked and saw there was an update, ran it and now I'm up to 4.2032.3, still no setting for that unless it's hidden. His did you get to 4.2044.3?

    I appreciate the screenshot but it doesn't change the fact that I simply  don't have that preference in my app. Possibly due to corporate policy, but this is the whole reason for me asking.

    If you have a issue with your company's corporate policies, they aren't going to be fixed by complaining in the Microsoft public forums. 

    Microsoft has provided a fix for this issue. If your company is blocking the distribution of that fix to your phone, that's not a Microsoft problem!
