We have the same issue since Dezember 2021. When will this fix be implemented on server side?

In short the sync problem is due to the read status change which led to an exception on the server side. The fix will be implemented in server side where the EXO PG is involved for solution.
We have the same issue with the favorites folders that they do not synch down to the users starting as of December 29th.
When adding either contacts, tasks, notes or journal to the favorites folder that are visible by other when going to the public folder but they do not synch down to the favorites of other users. Also when adding to the public folder they are not visible in the favorites.
so still no update ?

I am on Outlook Version 2201 Build 14827.20158 and still have the same problem - unable to synchronise public favourite folders.
Public favourite folder Properties - Synchronization tab says:
Last synchronized 10/01/2022 09:05
Server folder contains: 7474 items
Offline folder contains: 7452 items
"Sync Issues" folder contains many items like this:
