Email from "Hacker" that Face is under review?

I just got an email from "Hacker" claiming they have my face and it is under review. It sounds like a scam or some sort so I didn't open the email for the potential risk. Has anybody received this email as well? I simply deleted it, but I still feel uneasy....should I also do something else?

    Acabo de recibir un correo electrónico de "Hacker" afirmando que tienen mi cara y está bajo revisión. Parece una estafa o algo así, así que no abrí el correo electrónico por el riesgo potencial. ¿Alguien ha recibido este correo electrónico también? Simplemente lo eliminé, pero todavía me siento incómodo ... ¿Debería hacer algo más?

    I received a similar email today that told me that it has videos of my face watching porn, I do not have a webcam but I must confess that yesterday it is true that I visited this type of page from my mobile, it is possible that my mobile camera has been hacked?
