Email from "Hacker" that Face is under review?

I just got an email from "Hacker" claiming they have my face and it is under review. It sounds like a scam or some sort so I didn't open the email for the potential risk. Has anybody received this email as well? I simply deleted it, but I still feel uneasy....should I also do something else?

2020-01-30T23:45:53+00:00 Well, I don't have a phone thingy like that. That's why I enabled two-step verification. If someone tries to login and they're not on a trusted device, they are required to enter a code which they must retrieve from my secondary email address account. No code, no entry.
