Email from "Hacker" that Face is under review?

I just got an email from "Hacker" claiming they have my face and it is under review. It sounds like a scam or some sort so I didn't open the email for the potential risk. Has anybody received this email as well? I simply deleted it, but I still feel uneasy....should I also do something else?

    Unfortunately I pened the email, and deleted it afterwards. I realized that it did not contain an attached file, then I passed an anti spyware (SPYBOT) and I cleaned my anti virus. I hope nothing serious has happened

By any chance, even if he gave himself to this job by doing this email, due to the fact that he opened an email, even if it didn’t contain a file attached, is there any risk just for opening the email?

    Good afternoon. I opened the email because there was no file attached. The text was encrypted, there was no way to translate with a translator. Let's wait. And thanks to you for the tips.
