I just got an email from "Hacker" claiming they have my face and it is under review. It sounds like a scam or some sort so I didn't open the email for the potential risk. Has anybody received this email as well? I simply deleted it, but I still feel uneasy....should I also do something else?

Actually i received same email before one week and nothing happened , so forget it and don’t even think about it. It is just a scam.
Same I have been receiving these emails for a couple of months now.. about bit coins and how my webcam is hacked and im being watched doing certain things WHICH I HAVENT DONE ANYTHING! And now Ive received another one suggesting my face is under review? I didnt bother opening the email but I have changed my password so many times because of this freak. Like Microsoft really needs to do something because I get bad anxiety when receiving such emails its like this...
I would advise no one open an email with that heading. Every time I open it in default android the app becomes unresponsive. When opened in Windows 10 mail app on PC the body of the email looks completely different, seeming to contain extra characters between each word. If hacker is in subject line, delete and do not open!
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS STUFF! DO NOT REPLY TO THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND NO, THEY DO NOT HAVE WHAT THEY CLAIM TO HAVE!
For months I had someone periodically send me emails claiming they had video of me doing things (which is impossible since my monitor while a flatscreen, is old school and does NOT have a camera, nor a mic, so not possible for them to have what they kept claiming they had) which was stated in the subject line (I refused to open the emails as I knew it was a scam) and finally after months of ignoring them, a few final desperate emails (on their end) tried to threaten me by demanding I send them money or else (and I started laughing at that). I ignored those emails as well, and finally they stopped sending me emails and probably went on to try and scam someone else. I have never gotten another email from those scammers. I get other emails from general scammers, but not anymore of those.
