Using Outlook for iOS in business environments for email and scheduling
I wanted to update everyone as of this morning I was able to send emails with no draft being created in Gmail - I will report back to see how it goes. Stay safe everyone.

When I send an an email through my gmail account via the Outlook IOS mobile app, the sent email shows up a draft in gmail on my desktop browser. It doesn't show up as a sent email in thread. How do I make sent emails show up as sent and not as a draft?
I tried deleting and reinstalling Outlook on my iphone X. Interestingly, it worked for the first few minutes and then it started saving as draft again. I'm not sure if there was some minor update in between hard re-installs.

Oddly, the calendar integrates just fine.
I am having the same problem for over a month and have tried every solution I have found on the internet. I am getting ready to just delete Outlook and go to gmail.
Of course this is not a priority as 2020 is a big year for launching the new generation consoles so they’re entirely focused on racing Sony.
That’s a free app so there is no rush as the first thing first everything is about money!
This is quite clearly not a priority for Microsoft from the interaction with support that many posters have reported here. There have been, I think, three updates since I first posted about this - which wasn't that long ago, so I think that underlines this point even more.
SO, as MS are ignoring us, let's take this to the app stores and post 1 star reviews pointing this issue (and only this issue) out. If enough of us do this it will have an impact on downloads and that will force the issue higher up the priority tree. I hate doing things like this - the app is free after all, but we have all invested our time in embracing this software into our work and private lives and having created that link it's important that MS listens as this reflects out to their wider business reach.
