I have a GoDaddy domain , I'm using it from several weeks.

Today I've open Premium tab and "Personalized email address" is missing!

A friend have just completed the domain transfer to GoDaddy and he would to activate his personal domain on Outlook.com but "Personalized email address" is missing for him also.

Me and my friend have an active Office 365 Home subscription.

What's happens ?

I went ahead, sent him the screenshot and he confirmed that it probably is an account issue. But now he wants me to install a 3rd party https decryption proxy and send him the logs.

Besides being a security nightmare, this is really weird since it is supposed to be an account issue that they should be able to find and correct on their end.

Markus: the 500 errors are happening on the following resources:

    https://outlook.live.com/ows/api/v1/PremiumDomain/fetchandvalidate?n=51&cv=TOKEN.51

    https://outlook.live.com/ows/api/beta/PremiumUser/subscriberType?n=52&cv=TOKEN.52

The 51 and 52 numbers change. I think the cv is a credential validation token. (I hope that isn't account specific. Errrrr. I changed it just in case)

Pass those along and see what they have to say.

Is there anyone from Microsoft that will be bothered to look into this? Or at the very least give an answer to whether this is supposed to work?

After contacting premium.outlook.com I received an email by a support staff member with a non-Microsoft email address which I find already somewhat suspect.

He asked for a screenshot with my subscribtions which is also weird, since I would expect a Microsoft premium.outlook.com support agent to be able to see the relevant outlook / office365 subscriptions in their system.

    Has anyone made similar experiences?!

Yes they said the same thing to me and I sent the screenshots. Then they asked for a screen recording of the steps I am doing.  i assured him I am following the steps correctly and he said he was unable to provide support without the recording. I decided that this person has no idea how to help and gave up on them

Heh… maybe Microsoft's domain folks are a bit too busy with this:
