I have a GoDaddy domain , I'm using it from several weeks.

Today I've open Premium tab and "Personalized email address" is missing!

A friend have just completed the domain transfer to GoDaddy and he would to activate his personal domain on Outlook.com but "Personalized email address" is missing for him also.

Me and my friend have an active Office 365 Home subscription.

What's happens ?

    Still no update one this?!

This is actually someone would buy 365 Home or Personal for...

No. It’s Day 7 and no response.

Fortunately, my email with my domain is still working even if I can’t change the settings. I also have until May to decide if I renew my Zoho subscription or not.

But I can’t stick with a service if its future is in doubt.

I spent an hour with MS 1st line support tonight. Frankly they didn't have much of a clue....

Still seeing the 500 error and not seeing the link in Outlook.com .

It's pretty poor that this functionality is still documented but not working. I appreciate software has bugs and issues, but this isn't great.

Can confirm the 500 errors on the resources. Other resources are successfully calling into the same base URL (outlook.live.com/owa/api), so they definitely are doing something on the backend.

What is most irritating is the cluelessness. I never got a response from the Twitter team. At all. At this point, I'm considering this "feature" as Deprecated, and not bothering to "sell" it to any of my clients.

I thought I read somewhere that Microsoft was getting rid of the old Outlook Premium recently and advising people to get Office 365 instead, so it would seem odd if they got rid of that feature so soon afterwards (those following this advice would now find it impossible). Perhaps the developers really have just messed up the backend in removing the old Outlook Premium and are in no hurry to fix it.

It also appears I can't add my email account to my Outlook application. It's only working through the website. I really thought this would be a far better experience, but it looks like I have no choice but to go back to Zoho (and there were some issues with that, too).

I opened a case at microsoft support yesterday.

Now I am waiting to the answer.

To open a case, you have to open https://premium.outlook.com.

Then in the right corner you find „Contact us“.

    Thanks for the info.

I opened a ticket via your link in addition to the feedback that I already provided.

After contacting premium.outlook.com I received an email by a support staff member with a non-Microsoft email address which I find already somewhat suspect.

He asked for a screenshot with my subscribtions which is also weird, since I would expect a Microsoft premium.outlook.com support agent to be able to see the relevant outlook / office365 subscriptions in their system.

I went ahead, sent him the screenshot and he confirmed that it probably is an account issue. But now he wants me to install a 3rd party https decryption proxy and send him the logs.

Besides being a security nightmare, this is really weird since it is supposed to be an account issue that they should be able to find and correct on their end.

    Has anyone made similar experiences?!
