I have a GoDaddy domain , I'm using it from several weeks.
Today I've open Premium tab and "Personalized email address" is missing!
A friend have just completed the domain transfer to GoDaddy and he would to activate his personal domain on Outlook.com but "Personalized email address" is missing for him also.
Me and my friend have an active Office 365 Home subscription.
What's happens ?

the options are gone again...
Indeed - it was active for a while and now gone and when I click on Premium > Features, I get the message "Unable to load these settings. Please try again later"
It was never active for me but I gave up on this option a while ago. I am still getting the emails for this thread however, and I just checked and I am again getting this same message: "Unable to load these settings. Please try again later." I also have noticed that when I am getting this error I am unable to close the popover settings window with the X in the upper right, I instead have to click out of the popover for it to go away. I am now using the newest version Edge for this.
Since this has been going on since February and still not resolved, I am very glad I gave up and went with another provider for my custom email address.
I have the same issue since I subscribed MS 365 Family in mid June. I called Microsoft support , they push me to one support team to another. No solution.
Anyone have a support site that has helped them before? Its really getting ridiculous....
Last 2 days i transferred mu domain to GoDaddy as i saw this features in Microsoft 365 which i subscribed for few years already. Unfortunately after trying to Personalized Email Address, with note Success connecting, there is no Personalized Email Address Tab. Its missing.
Now i'm in dilemma cannot used my email address after cancel from previous domain. Contacted support team for 2 days and hours of chat. Even let them in to remotely control my computer. Still not solved. Lastly they ask me to contact Outlook.com In-app team email address. There is no reply until now. Asked also GoDaddy and was told its Outlook.com issue.
Hope Microsoft can settle this issue fast
This is starting to annoy me now. I have a godaddy domain and until this afternoon the option was excepting it, but i was not getting the tab. Now i am getting told by the 'get started' wizard that it is not a godaddy domain.......
I have been without my domain emails now for 3 days...... No response from support as yet.
