I have a GoDaddy domain , I'm using it from several weeks.

Today I've open Premium tab and "Personalized email address" is missing!

A friend have just completed the domain transfer to GoDaddy and he would to activate his personal domain on Outlook.com but "Personalized email address" is missing for him also.

Me and my friend have an active Office 365 Home subscription.

What's happens ?

    Thanks. Mine is now working.

However there seems to be a restriction on the email user name accepted by the GoDaddy hosted domain.

For example I set up my personalised email as: myfirstname.lastname@domain without a problem, but when I tried to set up my wife's personalised email  as herfirstname.lastname@domain it validated but did not progress to the next step.

I've got it working for both of us by removing my new personalised email address and setting up as follows: Myfirstname@domain and Herfirstname@domain

Hope this may help if anyone else is having a similar issue following the major fix on May 26.

For me it´s working too! Thanks.

    First had the Issue:

    I'mtryingtoaddmyGoDaddydomainbut getan errormessagethatsays"Yourdomaindoesnot appeartobemanagedbyGoDaddy."

Changed that godaddymanage the DNS. What added the needed DNS records.

How do you guys send Emails from an iPhone or Android device with the new alias?

    Has anyone experiencewith:

Can I usemynewpersonalizedemailaddresstosignin toMicrosoft serviceslike Outlook.com ormyMicrosoft 365 subscription?

No. We strongly recommend against setting your personalized email address as your primary alias for signing in. Doing this can create problems with signing in or even sending and receiving email. You can still set your personalized email address as your default "From" address by going to Settings> Mail> Sync email.

They say no, buts offered. Would be nice if it'sworking.

    Wouldfix 2 Problems:

Mobile – workaround-> add per IMAP and hide Exchange?

Aliasas preferredway to send in Outlook (Desktop) sucks a bit to change always to the alias....

Used: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** -> was no issue.

    Edit:

    Mobile IOS

Exchnage -> all enabeld but not Mail

    Mail via IMAP works fine

Desktop Outlook -> Exchange only, have to change every time to the right alias.
