I have a GoDaddy domain , I'm using it from several weeks.

Today I've open Premium tab and "Personalized email address" is missing!

A friend have just completed the domain transfer to GoDaddy and he would to activate his personal domain on Outlook.com but "Personalized email address" is missing for him also.

Me and my friend have an active Office 365 Home subscription.

What's happens ?

O365 Home in USA.  All members have the Premium "diamond" link. The primary member and one family member have the Premium option for personalized email address, the third family member does not.  I'll try kicking the third member and re-adding and see what happens.

I've got Office365 Home, and I'm in Canada, and "Personalized email address" is still missing for me.

I have O365 Home, in New Zealand, am primary account owner, and the option is missing for me, too. My other family members can see it, though.

The bigger question is what will happen after Feb 28th, when Premium doesn't exist?

    The statement is:

    https://support.office.com/en-us/article/personalized-email-addresses-in-outlook-com-premium-are-being-retired-f4a6107f-6e07-4020-afbb-639fbcf0466f?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US

Thanks for the heads up on this change.  Outlook Premium is a legacy service.  To keep using your custom domain name purchase an Office 365 Home or Office 365 Personal subscription.

I am in the UK with Office 365 Home and it was fixed for me this morning.

Perhaps it hasn’t rolled out to everyone yet or maybe you need to clear your cache first.
