"Personalized email address" missing in my Outlook.com premium

Yes, I've raised this several times with support now.

None of them have a clue. I have had some irrelevant answers; I was told by one to contact GoDaddy; others have bounced me between Office 365 support (even though it's not software-related) and Outlook.com support (both of which think the problem is a matter for the other).

It is impossible to get anyone's attention. The feature has now been unavailable for several days with no official statement, which seems very unusual and amateurish considering Microsoft has no lack of resources.

Same happens to me. Was chatting to several agents of MSFT but none had a clue. Add another user with this problem.

I was able to add a personalized e-mail address months ago. I just sent an email to it from a different provider and it still works. However, the option to add another personalized e-mail address also disappeared from my settings also, which was what I wanted to do as well. Just like a previous poster, I was probably "grandfathered" as well with the old address I made that long ago...?

Concerning the link that discusses that Outlook.com Premium is retiring the feature... am I right in understanding that Outlook.com Premium is not the same thing as Office 365 Home? Maybe Microsoft is retiring the feature for Office 356 Home as well?

That would be disappointing... it would be another reason for people to go somewhere else. It would also be a hassle for me, personally. I'll be following this discussion as well until there is an official statement posted by Microsoft on whether they are working on it or retiring it. I wouldn't be surprised if the "grandfathering" of the old addresses will stop as well sometime in the future.

It is precisely the instructions in that article that we are complaining about not working!  

(Specifically “If you purchase an Office 365 Home or Personal subscription so that you can continue using your personalized email address with Outlook.com, you'll be able to manage your domain by signing in to https://outlook.com and going to Settings > Premium > Personalized email address.”)

The problem is that “Personalized email address” is now missing from “Settings > Premium >”

PilotStudy, I actually have Office365 Home, not Outlook Premium, just like many of the other posters that have also run into this. This is not just affecting Outlook Premium, but Office365 Home subscriptions as well!
