"Personalized email address" missing in my Outlook.com premium

I have a GoDaddy domain , I'm using it from several weeks.

Today I've open Premium tab and "Personalized email address" is missing!

A friend have just completed the domain transfer to GoDaddy and he would to activate his personal domain on Outlook.com but "Personalized email address" is missing for him also. 

Me and my friend have an active Office 365 Home subscription.

What's happens ?

    As a benefit of your Office 365 Home or Office 365 Personal subscription, you can create a personalized email address that's associated with your Outlook.com mailbox.

    Getting started

    To get started, sign in to https://outlook.live.com and make sure you're using the new Mail experience. Select the diamond icon on the toolbar to open the premium dashboard. Under Personalized email address, select Get started and follow the instructions.

    I tweeted to the @Office, @Office365, and @OfficeSupport accounts with no response. I'm getting the feeling Microsoft knows about this, but don't want to talk about it.

    Same problem.  I had the Personalized Email Address link in my Outlook Premium settings, but in the five days it took to transfer my domain name to GoDaddy, it has now disappeared.  Very frustrating!

    What would be the best way of drawing their attention to it? 

    I suggest we all raise a support ticket with a link to this post. It would be good to know one way or another so that we are not waiting around! 

    It isn't very customer friendly to turn something like this off without announcing it first. I purchased my licence because of this feature...

    We need to keep this thread going in the hope we will get a response eventually.

    I would like official confirmation if Microsoft is either working towards a solution or ceasing to offer the service.
