Configuring preferences and options in Outlook.com
I was just now able to access the section of settings, the fix must have been just deployed.

I have a GoDaddy domain , I'm using it from several weeks.
Today I've open Premium tab and "Personalized email address" is missing!
A friend have just completed the domain transfer to GoDaddy and he would to activate his personal domain on Outlook.com but "Personalized email address" is missing for him also.
Me and my friend have an active Office 365 Home subscription.
What's happens ?

I think its like the 10th post down on here by the Microsoft MVP that says Tuesday it should be fixed. We'll see though.
I am facing the same issue since 2-3 days. Opened a ticket with outlook support team. Very disappointed to know that this issue should be a known issue by now, as i see from this thread started in Feb , 2020, but First line of responder dont even have basic knowledge.
Is it ok to ask for some solved support ticket numbers here so atleast new people observing same issue can point out the reference ticket number to the the support team.
Thanks in advance
This is exactly what happened in my case. I used this third party app and sent them the log. I am waiting for a response though. The domain I have setup still works, but I am worried that I won't get all the emails sent to me. I try to send test messages every couple of days, obviously this cannot continue. I thought about other providers too but heck why pay more I already pay for office!
I was having the same issue and had made some comments on this thread earlier this year. I tried to get it resolved with support via email but they wanted me to install some third party logging app and then do all kinds of reporting to them. If this was taken seriously by MS they could have had somebody at MS debugging the issue. I am not getting paid to solve their problems for them! I was so frustrated at that point that I went ahead and gave up and got email through GoDaddy for my domain (who by the way uses MS mail). I know that it did get resolved for some of the people who reported it here but it was never fixed for me. I still do not see the option in my outlook.com interface.
