I have a GoDaddy domain , I'm using it from several weeks.

Today I've open Premium tab and "Personalized email address" is missing!

A friend have just completed the domain transfer to GoDaddy and he would to activate his personal domain on Outlook.com but "Personalized email address" is missing for him also.

Me and my friend have an active Office 365 Home subscription.

What's happens ?

Well, I see the option now, but my situation is a little different.  I am trying to remove an old domain and add my new domain.  I click the remove domain button and it does nothing.  So, I can't delete my old domain in order to add the new one.

    Boo

It is working for me now.  Hopefully it stays that way.

All aspects of personalized email address are now working for me.  I changed domains, set up new email addresses for all shared users, moved users from Outlook Premium to Office 365 Home, etc.  The only thing I couldn’t do was share the Office 365 Home owned by one account with the account that owned Outlook Premium (it shared fine but personalized email address was not available). In the end I had to cancel Office 365 Home on the account I first bought it on, and repurchase it with the account that I had purchased Outlook Premium on.  This was a self-inflicted problem I created because I wanted to try out Office 365 Home without losing my Outlook Premium personalized addresses & domain.

So in the end it is all working as advertised for me at the moment.  I do not like the requirement to use GoDaddy for domain registrar, but I renewed for multiple years before transferring the domain from my old registrar so I won’t need to renew again until 2029.

We did investigate this issue in the back end and found that you can only have one personalized email domain per subscription. In this case as you have already set up deregt.in domain you will not be able to remove or replace it with another domain. In order to manage two different domains you need to have two subscriptions.

The reply you got seems to be flat out wrong.

The "personalized email address" has just started working again for me, and I have an option to remove the domain right there. See the pic below.

FWIW there are no more 500 errors in the console but there sure are tons of 404 and one 440 (that I thought should trigger another login request but it didn't).

I really think support people at Microsoft are using to much drugs. I had reported this problem. This is the answer I received today:

Regarding the personalized email address option missing from premium settings, we are expecting a fix to be rolled out in next 24 hours. We will let you know once there is an update on the same.

If I want to use another domain, I will have to subscribe on more time.
