Outlook Signature images not showing. iPhone Outlook 365 APP

I have had this same issue, and I believe it’s an issue within the outlook application itself, having nothing to do with HTML/plain text encoding. I say this because if I re-insert/paste the images back into my signature, my signature shows up as it should for the first few hours or even days. This is annoying to say the least.

I was having the same issue with my iPhone The way below is worked for me.

1. Open a google docs on google drive
2. Add your image in that file
3. Adjust image and details on your signature
4. Copy the final version of your signature or send it as link to your iPhone then open from iPhone and copy it and Paste into your signature in mail settings iPhone

Hi, I tried this but the signature doesn't work. It just has the GoogleDrive share link as a web address at the end of my signature. Could you maybe expand on the details? Does it have to be saved in a certain format? I saved the file on google docs and created a shareable link that I pasted in the signature box in iOS Outlook app.

Dont save it!

1. Create your signature block in Google Doc
2. Copy & paste the signature block to an email & send it to yourself, or save as draft.
3. Open the (draft email) on your Apple device
4. Copy the signature block.
5. Open Outlook on your device
6. Swipe right
7. Click on settings
8. Go to Signature & choose "Per Account"

THIS WORKED, thank you!! I have been searching for the answer unsuccessfully for weeks. I had images in my Outlook iOS signature (with hyperlinks on the images) for a long time, even tweaked them now and then. However, when I tried to replace my company logo a couple of weeks ago, the images suddenly stopped working (just empty placeholder boxes). Nothing I did would make them appear after pasting into the signature panel in settings. (That obviously pointed to a recent update breaking it.)

THANK YOU SO MUCH to both of you! Now the funny thing is, using this Google Doc workaround does not work to paste the resulting signature in the native Mail app. Can't win 'em all. I only use that for personal Gmail anyway.

Yes, the native mail app doesn’t do well with a more detailed signature. It’s why I moved to Outlooks app. It’s a pretty good app, mimics a lot of the desktop applications functionality. Only issue I am having is, on the iOS app is it won’t sync all my folders like it does on my laptop at home running my work email. Even the native iOS mail app will let me do that. Which is odd. Just about as odd as my email on that laptop needing to be signed in as an Outlook Exchange 2013 and below to work. Even though we have 2019 in our server as well as our work PCs. Not sure if it’s a Microsoft 365 specific issue or what. But that being said my phone app doesn’t have the option for me to sign into exchange 2013 or lower. Only exchange. Which is likely why it doesn’t sync my folders entirely.
