Outlook Signature images not showing. iPhone Outlook 365 APP

Using the Outlook App with my Outlook 365 account.

I have added a email signature with images to the Signature Box in the Outlook app

Images and logo shows when i save and create a new email.

However, when the email is sent the receiver does not receive the image/logo even though showing on the email that was created.

    Copy from the google doc the words & graphics. Then paste into your signature block

    I thought I was clear that when I do copy the entire thing from Google Docs, there is no Paste option in the signature box.

    So I copy the entire Google Doc, then in Settings-->Mail-->Signature and I have to tap the screen for options I only get Copy and an icon to insert a picture (I guess). No Paste option appears. It is iPhone 12:

    Had the same issue. Had to first paste it somewhere else, then copy/paste again.

    My steps:

    1. Create signature in Google Docs (Desktop)
    2. Open signature in the Google Docs app on iPhone
    3. Copy signature
    4. Paste signature in Outlook / Settings / Signature (Signature now works in Outlook)
    5. Copy signature from Outlook / Settings / Signature
    6. Paste in Settings / Mail / Signature
    7. (Shake phone to "Undo Change Attributes" to remove formatting)

    The paste option became available for me when following these steps. Not sure if it works with copy/paste through other apps, but it worked using Outlook as a "middleman" Hope it helps 😊

    I am assuming your step 4 is within Outlook settings on the iPhone. I cannot paste there?

    Yes it is.

    Might also work using other text editors. I don't have the paste option in Mail unless I first paste and copy the signature in Outlook first.
