Outlook Signature images not showing. iPhone Outlook 365 APP

Using the Outlook App with my Outlook 365 account.

I have added a email signature with images to the Signature Box in the Outlook app

Images and logo shows when i save and create a new email.

However, when the email is sent the receiver does not receive the image/logo even though showing on the email that was created.

    Thank you for replying so quickly on this!

    I tried that a when I initially posted this comment prior. It didn’t work then but it does now. So don’t know if it was a bug or if someone finally just changed the way it inputed the signature. Before it use to just add the signature after clicking send. Which posed a problem since it’s a Rich Text format. But they updated the app I guess because now it adds it right when you click new email. So it’s all good now! Thank you though!

    I found a way to get this done.

    Environment:

    iPhone 13 Pro Max

    iOS 16.0 (20A362)

    Outlook App Version 4.2238.1

    1. Create your signature with the desired image on the Desktop application or Web portal.
    2. Send an email from Desktop or Web, can be to yourself or another account.
    3. Go to the 'Sent' folder in the Outlook iOS app.
    4. Open the latest sent email (the one including your signature).
    5. Select the textbox with the "Reply to All" text at the bottom.
    6. Expand the reply area by selecting the expand icon ⤢.
    7. Select the "Load full message" message located at the bottom of the reply area.
    8. Copy the previously sent signature including the desired image using the iOS "copy" feature.
    9. Go to Settings (gear icon) / Signature.
    10. Paste your signature using the iOS "paste" feature.
    11. Close settings and try sending an email to yourself/someone else.
    12. Check the message on the Desktop application or Web portal to make sure it worked.

    So can you have the developers change this? seems easy enough. All professional businesses, including mine, have this in their signatures. We also send emails often from our phone. I love the outlook app, its much better than the iOS mail app... but we need this added. Please bump this to the dev team.
