Outlook Signature images not showing. iPhone Outlook 365 APP

Using the Outlook App with my Outlook 365 account.

I have added a email signature with images to the Signature Box in the Outlook app

Images and logo shows when i save and create a new email.

However, when the email is sent the receiver does not receive the image/logo even though showing on the email that was created.

    Thanks I will try that. It’s a shame that we would have to rely on Google to solve this issue for Microsoft. They should also have a way to host a cloud signifies via a link. I really appreciate it!

    Thanks for the update.

    Regarding your issue, currently Outlook app for ios and andriod does not support HTML signatures which are required for an image in a signature to show.

    The mobile app uses plain text and probably converts the image in your signature to a plain text format.

    Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

    However, for Outlook on ios we have a dedicated support team for it which specializes in handling outlook related issues for ios. Hence if you need any further assistance, do the following:

    #open the menu> tap the ?> contact support

    Tried other options, but this one works, Not sure why, but it works. Assume it is the format that google doc uses.

    1. Opened and created the signature in a google doc. I had to adjust image and font etc.
    2. Then cut and paste from my google doc to Microsoft One Note.
    3. Then opened One Note on my iPhone and copied it
    4. Then opened the outlook mail app (Outlook 365) on iPhone and pasted it in the signature block.

    Apple indicated the problem was part of their security update. However, the option to allow images was removed with the latest iOS update.

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community

    To better help resolve your issue kindly confirm the following:

    are the signature images showing, confirm this  by going to your sent items folder.

    Is happening to only recipient, or to multiple recipients.

    The version of Outlook you're using and on which Iphone

    Generally when you use Outlook mobile it sends texts in plain text, which is probably why the signature image is not showing. I tested on my end and tried to change the format on an Iphone but to no avail. But this may be prompted due to an update, kindly make sure your Outlook app and ios version.
