    Why is it so hard for Microsoft to allow the app to be on my desktop instead having to browse to it. I do not need office 365 to download on my Iphone, I do not need it to download on my android so I ask again why can we not download JUST outlook to our desktop instead of having to browse. This is one of the bigger problems with office it seems. Like c'mon.

    In what way, exactly, does Outlook not start? What happens? What error message do you see?
