My Facebook account was hacked this may 13,2021, and ive notice the hacker change the email address for recovery code in hotmail, Ive already ask for facebook for help but didnt they always says its "sorted out" but its not! so my only way on retrieving my account back is ask outlook for help. please help me recover my account! the email account that the hacker is using is "___@___.___" please help me! my only way on recovering my fb account is with your help. hope to get an answer to you as soon as possible.

  1. Are you asking us for help to recover your Facebook account? Or are you asking us for help in recovering your Hotmail account which happens to have been also hacked along with your Facebook account?

answer: I want your help in recovering my facebook account, the hacker is the one who changes the email i dont even know that email address or did make it.

  1. Is the Hotmail account you provided above the recovery e-mail being registered by the hacker on your Facebook account which thus prevents you from accessing that account?

answer: yes the email that i provided is the hackers email address. I live in ph so its only natural that the language should be english when you try to recover your facebook but then it change into vietnam language. so i cant retrieve it.

  1. If you're trying to recover your Hotmail or your Facebook account, what message are you getting? A screenshot would really be helpful if you get an error message on an error code.

answer:

the first one is when i try to retrieve it. but then facebook reply that it was "sorted out" but its not.

the second time i try to send another valid ID so i can retrieve it, but then, look what facebook reply to me, so this is where i think that the hacker is from vietnam.

please help me your my only hope in retrieving my facebook account. and im doing this so your company wont be used for hacking pursposes.

Thanks for the additional information you've provided us. Unfortunately, we cannot help you with this uncomfortable situation you find your self in because of two very important reasons:

  1. From the screenshots and the answers you've provided you are indeed trying to recover your Facebook account.  Now Facebook is not exactly a Microsoft product and we here do not have the tools nor the training to be able to assist you with this issue.  However, you may want to actually visit Facebook's Help Center page and follow this guide which details what to do if you have a hacked FB account:I think my Facebook Page was hacked or taken over by someone else.
  2. As for the hacker's Hotmail account that was registered as the recovery e-mail in your FB account, I noticed you sent me a private message that more or less asked if we can deactivate that account or give you access to the hacker's Hotmail account to close it.  I'm sorry to say this though but we cannot do that for you regardless of any proof you can present. You can actually close Hotmail accounts provided that you own them and have access to them but you cannot close Hotmail accounts of other people.

Sorry, but this is a Facebook problem. Not an outlook problem.

Microsoft cannot help you with this.

    Hi,

    I am also facing this issue. There are flaws on the facebook app/site.

    My account is hacked. My below emails are still linked with that "Abdullah Mahboob Sheikh" facebook account. abdullah.mehboob@hotmail.comabdullah.mehboob2@gmail.comFollowing are the trail of hack of my account and flaws in facebook security.

    1. Hacker login into my facebook account. I don't how he/she got my facebook password. I have not shared my password to anyone and this can be link to previous facebook worldwide outage.
    2. After login hacker has changed the password of my account on 26-Oct-2021 (Tuesday) at 4:22 AM. I just got only email from facebook on my both emails addresses that password has been changed. I was sleeping at that time. So, unable to view any email or facebook for any change. (PFA Screenshot for reference)
    3. Flaw: At this time facebook should ask for any code confirmation, which should be sent on the primary email or phone number for confirmation of password change.
    7. After that hacker added his/her email (r******************@hotmail.com)(email address is partially viewable at time of recovery) and got email from facebook on my hotmail email addresses (that was my primary email before hack) that new email has been added. (PFA screenshot for reference)
    8. Flaw: At this time facebook should ask for any code confirmation, which should be sent on the primary email for confirmation of new email address addition.
    10. Hacker set his/her above email as primary email for my facebook account and again got email from facebook on my hotmail email addresses (that was my primary email before hack) that primary email address changed has been changed. (PFA screenshot for reference)
    11. Flaw: At this time facebook should again ask for any code confirmation, which should be sent on the already set primary email for confirmation of change of primary email address.
    14. After that hacker removed my mobile number.
    15. Flaw: At this time facebook should again ask for any code confirmation, which should be sent on the primary email for confirmation of removal / change of password.
    16. And again changed the password f my facebook account. (PFA screenshot for reference)

    Hacking was done in only 13 minutes and no confirmation was asked from me through email for password change or addition of new email or changing the primary email. Now i can't access to my account and it's frustrating for me.So, I have followed the below methods to recover my account but due to above facebook security flaws I am unable to succeed with any of below facebook account recoveries option.

    • Forgot Password: I have tried this option but password is changed 2 times by hacked. So, my last password was abdullah123 which is not working. Hacker email id is set as primary email. So, I can not request the password on other emails. PFA screenshot for reference.
    • Phone number login: My phone number is removed. So, I can't view my account from my phone number. PFA screenshot for reference.
    • Account Compromised . I have sent my National ID card and Company Employee card for verification but again got the email that facebook is unable to verify my id. I don't know what type of document is requried for further verificiation (PFA email screenshot fore refernce). Please find the ID card scan copy and eomployee card picture. I am also sending the passport picture for further verification.
    • Selected "no longer have access to these?" option
    • Selected the "I cannot access my email account" option.
    • Provided my last primary email before hack and pressed the "Continue" button.
    • Again asked to enter the security code sent to primary email but primary email is changed now. So, again selected didn't get a code.
    • After providing the identity got the emails.

    I still have my instagram account...but if I never had them officially connected is it too late now? I don't think I ever linked them!

    I got the same problem my 2 facebook account got already hacked by someone with hotmail account. when i clicked forgot password, the code send was sent to hotmail which is not mine because i use Gmail. I dont know what else im going todo im tired of getting hacked everytime.
