Hotmail account repeatedly locked

On Sat Jan 8, 2022, my outlook/hotmail account was temporarily locked due to "unusual activity". I requested a verification code, and my account was unlocked. I changed my password. I logged in OK the next day. I can receive emails, but as soon as I send an email, my account is locked again. What can I do?

    My apology if you encounter an issue that your Outlook/Hotmail account locked. Let me go ahead and assist you.

    I made a research and we found out that this matter is an on-going issue. I will be consulting our internal team about this issue once I gather the information. I keep you posted.

    Hello, I am trying to contact microsoft support because my personal account that I use everyday since yestarday doesn't receive any e mails and I tryied to sign in today and said this account doesn't exist. I called support but no body helps. Who knows how can I solve it? I need my account back I work with it
