Have the latest IOS update, 13.1.3. Using iphone XS. You can open the app but its frozen. Restarting didnt fix it. Deleted the app and reinstalled. It worked for 5minutes. Seems to slowly update incoming emails in the background and will give notification. But they cant be seen when you open the app.
Anyone know whats going on?

I upgraded to 13.2 and it came good briefly but then the problem returned. I think the improvement was just dur to the reboot.
Spoke too soon didn't I. Outlook app is frozen again. aaaaaaarrrggggg
I was good for 5 days after removing outlook, shutting down, reinstalling. 5 days of operations then froze again. Hopefully getting closer. Some formal resolution would be good.
Mine seems to have mostly come right now. Just a bit of type-lagging. Uninstalled and reinstalled again. Other issues with phone and battery seem to have mostly gone. Not 100 yet though
