Have the latest IOS update, 13.1.3. Using iphone XS. You can open the app but its frozen. Restarting didnt fix it. Deleted the app and reinstalled. It worked for 5minutes. Seems to slowly update incoming emails in the background and will give notification. But they cant be seen when you open the app.
Anyone know whats going on?

Happening for me too iOS 13.1.3
Latest version of Outlook (I can't see the version because it's completely unresponsive).
Really a stinking pile of...
I have the same problem.
how do i find out what version of the app i have? I downloaded it from the app store on my iphone last week
Same issue. Running Outlook 4.11.0 on iOS 3.2.2 on an iPhone XS. Two accounts setup in Outlook - 1 O365 corporate and 1 Outlook.com consumer.
I find that the app freezes and then wont respond for a day or two, then seems to come right for a few days. This cycle repeats inconsistently.
Started to freeze again after the latest IOS update. Requires iphone to be rebooted to help resolve if outlook stops working.
That’s only a temporary fix though. It starts again within a day.
