Using Outlook for Android in business environments for email and scheduling
I deleted the app and went with the BlackBerry Hub apps. No issues. Stock apps work as well.

I tried to post a question to this thread:
However the 'reply' seems to be greyed out when I try. So to continue...
When I press the 'battery' button on my Samsung android phone, it consistently says the outlook app is eating 60% of battery power. Similar to the last question in the previous thread; can microsoft advise please:-
a) when a fix for this will be published please? or
b) recommend an equivalent non microsoft product that works well connecting to outlook.com that doesn't voraciously eat battery power?
Any help is appreciated.

I got an email back from MS Support. It is a known issue and they are working on a fix...no date on release yet.
I just wiped a Galaxy, and when it came back up only put Outlook on it, nothing else. It was at 100% at 8:30CST. It is now 9:15 CST and battery is at 73%. I have not done anything else on it.
See my post about installing an old version in this thread
Issue I am having is having uninstalling and going back into store to reinstall, it is grabbing the new version with issues.
