My google pixel 2 phone recently updated the outlook app. Now the app crashes on startup. I tried clearing the cache and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Ive removed my work account as well. Still will not work. I get as far as the adding account page then it crashes and ask to send a report.

After a week when it was normally working, my outlook keeps closing on my Samsung Galaxy A5; Android System Webview is shown disabled on my phone and I cannot enable it again. What can I do ? Can somebody help me ?

If you go to Play store, find We view and de-install completely (not just deactivate), Outlook starts working perfectly.

Thanks Dina , but when I go to Play Store to find Androitd Webview, there is no button of disabling or uninstalling completely. It seems that I have no administrator right for this application .

    Whar can I do ?

I am doing it on my phone, and it gives me the option to de-install. But when I went to the store now, the option to de-install Iappears again. I thought I did that last week but maybe I pressed de-activate not de-install. It looks like it's not possible to de-install completely. So if you have 'de-activate', try that.
