My google pixel 2 phone recently updated the outlook app. Now the app crashes on startup. I tried clearing the cache and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Ive removed my work account as well. Still will not work. I get as far as the adding account page then it crashes and ask to send a report.

Try Phone settings > Apps > View system apps > may be it will be there. If not, try disable Chrome as someone has stated.
This app has been completely reliable up to today. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and have plenty of memory. It starts then instantly crashes. Xiaomi phone
Uninstalling webview worked!
Go to Play store, search for this app. The option De-install comes up. I did that and it fixed Outlook
